The Priory Grange St Neots What we treat
The focus of our care and treatment is for persons with enduring mental illness. Some of our patients have restrictions in mobility or physical health problems, eg heart conditions and/or diabetes mellitus. Our patients may be informal or detained under the Mental Health Act and include those:
- Aged 18 years and over
- With complex and multiple diagnosis
- With acquired brain injury or organic brain syndrome
- Who are treatment resistant
- Whose treatment has failed in previous placements
- Who require supervision to abstain from illegal drugs/alcohol
- Who require supervision with treatment and medication
- Who are informal or detained under the Mental Health Act (1983)
The Priory Grange St Neots are delighted to announce two new services to our existing specialist provision:
- Huntington's Disease with challenging behaviour (adult male)
- Early on-set dementia with challenging behaviour whose needs can not be met in a care home environment (adult male under 65)
