Referral and appointments

The majority of referrals made to the Priory are through a patient's GP and generally we ask that a GP referral letter be sent to the consulting rooms. However we are able to book an initial assessment prior to receipt of the referral letter. A referral can be made by telephone or in writing via email or fax to Caroline Pryce, Practice Manager to Dr Leon van Huyssteen.

If you do not feel you are able to discuss with your GP, you can self refer and details will be taken at the time of contacting us.

Corporate/occupational health

Referrals from a company occupational health doctor for staff requiring assessment or admission to the Priory are accepted on be behalf of employees. Where an occupational health nurse has been the employees point of contact they should liaise with the company doctor to arrange a referral, if this is required.
