Admission Criteria

Our patients are among the most vulnerable members of society and require sensitive therapeutic interventions delivered in a healing environment that encourages self-awareness, knowledge and empowerment. The treatment plans will be developed with the patient and their team to ensure we achieve the best care pathway for that individual.

Our clinical services are available to adult males requiring assessment, treatment and intervention who:

  • May present with an acute psychosis
  • Have been admitted under the Mental Health Act
  • May present with a dual or multi diagnosis including secondary diagnoses such as personality disorder, learning disability and neurological issues
  • May present with mood disorders
  • Present difficult to manage behaviours within other facilities and whose behaviour presents a risk to themselves or others
  • Present possible absconding risks
  • May be facing vulnerability issues within current environment
