Based on a comprehensive assessment, an individual care plan is jointly agreed with each young person. Outcome-driven and evidence-based care plans are flexible to individuals’ needs and may include all or some of the following:
- Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT)

- Psychodynamic psychotherapy
- Dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT)
- Formal continuation of education
- Occupational therapy
- Family therapy

- Specialist nursing interventions
- Community based recreational activities eg cinema, swimming, football
- Body image, self-esteem work
- Social skills and confidence building training
