What we treat

Russell House provides inpatient and day patient treatment to males and females aged 18 and over diagnosed with a severe eating disorder, including:

  • Anorexia nervosa
  • Bulimia nervosa
  • Eating disorder not otherwise specified (EDNOS)
  • Medical and psychological co-morbid illnesses that can be treated concurrently

Patients may have:

  • Low body mass indices
  • Abnormal blood biochemistry
  • Re-feeding and rehydration needs
  • Experienced a rapid weight loss over a short period of time
  • Medical and psychological co-morbidity
