Treatment and care
The rehabilitation and recovery service aims to deliver treatment and care that demonstrably improves the lives of our service users. Following assessment and the establishment of baseline levels of functioning and treatment goals, each service user is supported to develop their own individualised care plan. The care plan is supported by access to a wide range of evidence based treatment options. Progress is continuously monitored and reviewed, with barriers to progress identified and tackled.
