What we treat

Elmswood

Elmswood comprises of two services for men; an intense rehabilitation and a step-down service. Elmswood is suitable for men aged 18 years and over with psychosis who have complex needs including treatment resistance, behaviours that challenge, multiple admissions and significant impairment of independent living skills, who need a period of intensive rehabilitation in an open unit prior to moving onto a community setting. The addition of the step-down service provides a graded hierarchy of independent living designed to facilitate seamless transition to community living. Our service is underpinned by the experienced rehabilitation and recovery clinical team.
