Eden Grove School Activities
A wide variety of sport and leisure activities are on offer during evenings, weekends and holiday periods. Eden Grove has its own floodlit all-weather football pitch and fishing rights along a section of the River Eden. We also have a varied programme of outdoor pursuits and a well established Army Cadet Detachment which provides a variety of nationally recognised awards up to BTEC and the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
Pupils are given the choice of an age appropriate activity each weekday evening, at weekends and during the holiday periods, these include:
- Bowling
- Cinema
- Cubs
- Fishing (seasonal)
- Football
- Golf driving range
- Mountain / BMX biking
- Outdoor education activities - 'Frontier Education' experience
- Rugby
- Swimming
- Youth club
