Eden Grove School Outcomes and achievements

"Pupils are helped to improve their behaviours through clear guidelines and consistent boundaries". Ofsted 2009

"Pupil's are given very good guidance and support, which helps them to prepare for independent living". Ofsted 2009

"Pupil's enjoy school and many say this is the best school they have ever attended". Ofsted 2009

Through an integrated programme of education, care and therapy, young people learn how to bring about change in their lives and develop their self-esteem and self-worth. Eden Grove prepares them for integration into society and provides the opportunity to live independent lives.

In 2008, all of our students who were entered for GCSEs received passes in every subject. One student achieved all C grades, of which we are exceptionally proud. We also offer AQA entry level certificates, with most students in 2008 achieving level three or two in all subjects (level three being the highest).

In addition to this some students also completed the ASDAN youth award scheme. A gold award is the equivalent of a GCSE B grade and in 2008 one of our students who completed the ASDAN youth award scheme received silver and bronze awards.
