From going in to coming out this was first class service. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. When I have been to these places in the past, it has never reached such high levels of all round service. Never have consultants been so caring as at The Priory Hospital.

The staff go out of their way to make patients feel welcome and you are greeted by your first name from day one even by reception and catering staff. The quality of the education and treatment is excellent and the impact is dramatic. Absolutley recommended.

I have found my Psychiatrist, Therapist and the reception staff all very helpful and supportive during the last 9 months of my time as an outpatient at the Priory Hospital, Preston. The staff all seem to genuinely care about you and take pride in their work by being sensitive yet professional at all times. I did not feel that they were trying to take 'money off me' as they were trying to help me to be transferred to the NHS for the rest of my treatment. I would recommend my Psychiatrist and Therapist to anyone.
