Outcomes
The desired outcome is for young people to achieve success in accredited qualifications and to gain increased levels of independence to enable them to maximise on their strengths and ambitions. Plans and programmes are tailored to individual needs to ensure that every young person is challenged to progress at a speed that is appropriate for them.
Our examination results are testament to the high standard of education at Troup House School, with 75% of our young people achieving five or more passes at General Level 3 and above in the last academic year.
In addition to achieving accredited qualifications, young people may also progress so that they are able to return to their own home and re-integrate into their mainstream school. Some of our students go on to study at college whilst living in a semi-independent living accommodation.
