Overview
Chadwick Lodge is a 52-bed medium secure unit providing specialist treatment programmes for male and female patients who have been detained under the Mental Health Act (1983) and have a history of offending behaviour. The hospital is renowned for its sex offender treatment, its interventions for personality disordered patients and its forensic addictions treatment programmes. In addition, we offer tailored care to those patients who present with a dual diagnosis of mental illness/personality disorder and mild learning disability. We also specialise in remand patients, patients transferred from prison and those with a history of serious offending.
The hospital is managed by Malcolm Campbell, Hospital Director. The Medical Director is Dr Susan Iles MA DPhil BM BCh FRCPsych.
