Coxlease School
Care
Coxlease School is registered as a children's home under the Care Standards Act 2000. The care provision focuses on creating, developing and maintaining opportunities to enhance the quality of life for our young people. Good practice has been widely praised and is underpinned by values that counter the stigma and insecurity that is often felt by young people living way from home. Respect for rights, equality of opportunity, individuality and interdependence are all values that provide a framework for the integrity, good conduct and development of self-esteem amongst the young people in our care.
Every young person is allocated a case manager who is responsible for co-ordinating and facilitating our inclusive approach across all internal and external services. The case manager has responsibility from admission through to transition into adulthood within the wider community. Our young people also have an allocated key worker who will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of all aspects of their life at Coxlease School.
"The student's spiritual, moral, social and cultural development is good".
