Rookery Hove provides 24 hour specialist care and support, 52 weeks a year. Provision will usually be on a relatively short-term basis of less than five years although this may be extended depending on individual need. Each resident will have an individual social
and educational development programme created in partnership with them and their support team to ensure their needs and ambitions are being met.
