The service includes comprehensive educational packages accredited through a number of national organisations and opportunities for residents to study at local colleges and/or undertake work-based learning where appropriate.

At Rookery Hove we provide intensive social, personal and educational development programmes. Our highly trained staff team gives specialist support and develops strategies to help individuals overcome the challenges they face.

Each resident has a key worker to act as mentor and carer offering support to residents while at Rookery Hove. Key workers are responsible for monitoring social and personal development programmes to ensure that individual potential is being met.

Rookery Hove provides 24 hour specialist care and support, 52 weeks a year. Provision will usually be on a relatively short-term basis of less than five years although this may be extended depending on individual need. Each resident will have an individual social and educational development programme created in partnership with them and their support team to ensure their needs and ambitions are being met.
