The Priory Grange Heathfield has two units, providing the flexibility to offer optimum levels of care and the most appropriate environment for each person should their needs change. Each resident has their own comfortably-furnished ground floor room, many with en-suite facilities. There are shared social and recreational areas and a large, secure, easily accessible gardens.

The Holman-Barden Unit is a mixed 13-bedded unit for more physically dependent men and women and also those who require supported self care.

The Boyce-King Unit is a male only 15-bedded unit men who present with a higher level of risk to themselves and to other residents.
