The Vines Neuro-Rehabilitation Centre Referrals and admissions

For the majority of our residents funding is split between their Primary Care Trust and Social Services. Funding is arranged according to an individual's need and the specialist support required. Prior to admission a comprehensive assessment is made to determine whether the needs of the individual can be fully met at The Vines. The support team will then undertake a further three day residential assessment at The Vines. This enables all parties concerned to establish the suitability of the placement.
