The Vines Neuro-Rehabilitation Centre Treatment and care programmes

We offer our residents individually tailored care plans that encompass maximizing independence whilst ensuring social and leisure needs are met. Each programme takes account of individuals' needs and interests and is then regularly reviewed. Individual timetables offer one-to-one and group activities both within the home and in the community including cooking and daily living skills.

We offer great flexibility to resident's changing needs and timetables can be revised at any time. Each resident is allocated a key worker who is responsible for developing, monitoring and reviewing the resident's care plan. Regular review meetings are held with the resident, their family, consultant neuro-psychologist, key worker, manager and other relevant professionals.
