Our care ethos

At Charles Court we understand that choosing a care home for yourself, a loved one, or someone in your care can be a difficult and sometimes a daunting experience. We offer an open and friendly atmosphere and our home manager would welcome any questions you may have about our home and the types of care we provide. Visitors are welcome anytime during the day.

We believe in high quality, individual care delivered by dedicated and appropriately trained staff. We encourage our residents to be as active, and to retain as much of their independence, as possible. Our focus at Charles Court is to maximise the potential of the individual at any stage of their life enabling them to focus on their abilities.
