Queenswood School Admissions criteria

• Boys and girls aged 11 to 19 with complex behavioural, emotional and social difficulties(BESD)
• Usually they have a Statement of Special Educational Need (SEN)
• Many will be looked after children by local authorities
• Young people may also have other special needs
• Some may have other associated difficulties or disorders such as:
• Challenging behaviour, ADD or ADHD, Moderate learning difficulties and Specific learning difficulties

Admission is dependent on a detailed assessment of individual needs and our ability to meet those needs. Queenswood School considers referrals from any cultural, ethnic or religious background.
