Psychological therapies in primary care across London Borough of Croydon

Three year contract to design and deliver IAPT-compliant, stepped care therapy service to a local population of 246,000, providing fast access to evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders, depression and trauma.

Birmingham PCT Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) partnership

This innovative service, between Priory and three Birmingham PCTs breaks new ground because, through an integrated care pathway, it combines tier 3 and tier 4 services for 16 and 17 year olds. Young people who are taken on by the Youth Support Clinical team remain under the care of that team until they are either discharged or have a planned transition to adult services. This includes the lead consultant for the Community Support Team having medical responsibility for the young person whilst they are an inpatient at the Woodbourne Priory Hospital. The Youth Support Clinical Team work closely with CAMHS colleagues at the Woodbourne Priory Hospital to ensure that the young person experiences a seamless, consistent and high quality service, which reflects the unique requirements of this age group.

Provision of registered managers for Gloucestershire County Council's children's homes

From December 2007 until December 2008, Priory Education Services managed Gloucestershire County Council's Children's Homes, providing registered managers for the overall management and quality assurance. This successful interim management arrangement meant close partnership working between Gloucestershire Council Officers and Priory Education Services senior staff who contributed to Council children's development groups, including Looked After children, Behaviour Management and Education Support. Statutory Regulation 33 monitoring visits and OfSTED inspections reinforced the success of Priory Education Services improving the quality of service in the care homes.

Age appropriate inpatient adolescent service for eight PCT across NW London

Three year contract to deliver inpatient service to all adolescents with acute mental health problems from three sites in Southgate and Roehampton in London and Ticehurst, Sussex.
