We operate three main divisions: Healthcare, Specialist Education and Care Homes for Older People.
Healthcare
Our Healthcare division is comprised of four business areas: Acute, Secure, Rehabilitation and Complex Care. We currently operate 31 facilities in our Healthcare division.

Acute
- Our acute psychiatric hospitals offer a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient and day patient treatment programmes, therapy and psychiatric services. Our 15 facilities with 768 beds cater for a wide variety of mental health issues, including depression, addictions, psychosis, trauma, eating disorders and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).

Secure - As leading providers of specialist secure mental health services, Priory secure services work in partnership with the NHS to provide short, medium and long-term secure care and treatment that is tailormade to suit the needs of our patients.

Rehabilitation
- Our rehabilitation hospitals provide assessment, treatment and care for adults suffering from mental health-related disorders who, having been sectioned under the Mental Health Act, require secure hospital settings.

Complex Care - We provide specialist long-term care at seven facilities with 211 beds for patients who have suffered complex neurological disorders such as traumatic brain injury, spinal injuries and strokes, as well as patients with learning difficulties such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who have complex needs, including challenging behaviour and mental health problems.
Specialist education
We are the UK’s leading independent provider of specialist education and care for children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Asperger’s Syndrome (AS), Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD) and specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia. We operate 23 facilities in our Education division with 1,076 residential and day places.

Care homes for older people
In May 2009, we established an Elderly Care division through the development of high quality, purpose-built care homes. This offers nursing care for high-dependency older people who are physically frail or suffering from dementia. We have 12 facilities with 872 beds.
