How to refer

Priory care homes for older people accept clients who are referred by local authority social services teams and the NHS continuing care teams.

Our fees are dependent on the care required and will be determined by a comprehensive needs based assessment prior to a clients entering the home. This assessment will be undertaken by a registered nurse or the home manager.
