Public Sector Partnerships
Independent provision of public services
Priory aims to be a world-class public service organisation delivering innovative, value-for-money services. Over 75% of Priory's care is publicly-funded. A significant proportion of our acute mental provision is funded by the NHS. This includes specialist eating disorder and adolescent inpatient services, and primary care psychological therapies.
Our secure hospitals, specialist education services, care homes for older people and specialist services - i.e. our neuro-rehabilitation services and Priory Grange complex care and rehabilitation services - are almost exclusively funded by the statutory sector.
Responsive, collaborative
Priory has the experience, expertise and infrastructure to respond swiftly to new service developments, via collaboration and partnership or competitive tender. Our robust clinical governance, IT and finance structures assure public sector purchasers of the highest operational standards and rigorous performance management and monitoring.
