GCSE Results 2009 - Year 11
In the BESD schools there were 61 students in Year 11 of which:
- 5% gained 5 or more A*- Cs
- 28% gained 5 or more A*- Gs
- 67% gained 1+ A* - G
In the AS schools there were 28 students in Year 11 of which:
- 29% gained 5 or more A*-Cs
- 79% gained 5 or more A*-Gs
- 93% gained 1+ A* - G
Of the 14 students in Year 11 in Mark College (specialises in dyslexia):
- 71% gained 5 A*-Cs
- 100% gained 5 A*-Gs
- 100% gained 1+ A* - G

Mark College exceeded national results in every category.
National results for pupils at the end of Key Stage 4 in all schools:
- 69.7% achieved 5 or more grades A*-C at GCSE or equivalent.
- 92.5% achieved 5 or more grades A*-G at GCSE or equivalent,
- 99.2% achieved any passes at GCSE or equivalent
Destination of 16 year old leavers from all schools
Wherever possible, students are encouraged to continue with their education. This education may be at Priory schools, further education colleges or other schools.
In 2009, 87% of students planned to continue their education.
