Learning and development
Priory has a bespoke learning and development program that won the e-learning Age for the Best e-learning Project Securing Widespread Adoption (2006), the South East National Training Award (2007), and the Institute of IT Training "e-learning project of the year" (2007). It continues to be developed to meet the changing needs of the business. The system uses a blended learning approach to ensure that the delivery method is always appropriate to the subject. It incorporates feedback on completion of modules that can be fed into the appraisal and assessment of staff.
