Education Outcomes

Quality Accounts 2010-11

At Priory, quality assurance and safety are rightly at the heart of everything we do, and all staff are involved in ensuring that we provide treatment, therapy, education and residential care to the highest standards of which we are capable.  We have therefore developed common vision for integrated governance with a central resource that supports all our sites, whatever the service they provide.

By integrated governance we mean shared visibility and control over quality standards in all clinical and education service areas and in specialist systems such as HR, learning and development, hospitality, estate management, environmental health, data protection and confidentiality, indeed all regulated activity.

Priory accepts its corporate responsibility and strives to create a transparent culture in which the views and expectations of patients, pupils, residents, carers, professional and other staff and stakeholders are listened to in order to develop and improve our services. Communication across the organisation, sharing of good practice and outcomes are key to this approach.
