Who can refer?

We accept referrals from GPs, consultant psychiatrists, PCT commissioners, CAMHS, general adult psychiatry services, drug and alcohol services, and psychotherapists. We also accept self-referrals onto our addictions treatment programme following a free addiction assessment.

Referral process

The majority of referrals are made through the patient's GP. A referral can be made to the selected hospital's admissions office by telephone, email, fax or in writing; this will be passed on to an appropriate consultant psychiatrist.

We accept 24/7 referrals. Urgent or out-of-hours appointments and admissions can be arranged immediately by telephoning the selected Priory hospital.
