Priory quality and regulation

Regulation

As one of the leading providers of care for psychiatric, psychological and mental health related disorders, you can be assured that we operate stringent procedures and measures to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care available.

Our standards are monitored by the independent regulator the Care Quality Commission, and are benchmarked against the National Service Framework.

Outcomes

Priory's clinical services meet exacting, externally validated standards including HoNOS (Health of the Nation Outcome Scores) and QOF (Quality and Outcomes Framework). Click here for Priory HoNOS scores.
Our Therapy Services also uses CORE (Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation) to measure the effectiveness of our psychological services and our scores compare favourably to the published benchmarks. Click here for Priory CORE scores.

Patient satisfaction

According to a recent independent Patient Satisfaction Survey, over 96 per cent of Priory patients stated that their care was 'good', 'very good' or 'excellent', supporting Priory's reputation for excellent clinical services delivered in therapeutic environments. For a more detailed breakdown of results please click here.
