Understanding stress
Stress is part of everyday life. Situations and your ambitions create stress, but whilst it can bring out the best and keep you alert, too much stress can drive you to 'burnout' (a condition that develops when you work too hard for too long in a high-pressure environment).
Symptoms of stress can differ from person-to-person; however below are the most common feelings experienced by someone suffering from stress...
- Aggressive
- Irritable
- Depressed
- Bad or ugly
- Have difficulty sleeping

There may also be physical symptoms brought on by stress:
- Ulcers
