Kirsti said: "Absolutely everything we do at Priory Group is guided by the people who use our services, their personal needs and the choices they wish to make. Our innovative approach to care has led to the appointment of specialist autism advisors to ensure our care pathways reflect the very best value for both the people we care for and those who commission our services. Only by fully understanding every person's unique needs can we begin to support them effectively and help them fulfill their potential and achieve their goals. Everyone we support at Hamilton House will have their own unique person-centred plan. Each plan is designed to support an individual's personal choices and aspirations and focuses on what is needed to make that happen and achieve the best possible outcome."
