Its multidisciplinary teams work in collaboration with service users and commissioners to deliver individual treatment programmes and adaptable care pathways, to allow service users to progress towards a less restrictive environment and to independent living.

Victoria said: “My career has very much focused on delivering services to disadvantaged and vulnerable people at challenging times in their lives, ensuring that they get the best possible care.  I am passionate about putting the people being cared for at the heart of any service provision.

“I was attracted to working for the Priory Group because of its excellent reputation for providing innovative and high quality care that makes a real difference to people’s lives.”

She added: “My role as Hospital Director of Priory Middleton St George is to ensure that the hospital continues to deliver, and builds on consistently high quality treatment and support to its service users and their families."

In 2007, Victoria joined Serco where she held a number of positions, including Director of both Yarl’s Wood and Colnbrook Immigration Removal Centres.  At both centres, Victoria spearheaded a change in culture and ethos by introducing a resident-focused model of care.
