We found a number of robust policies and procedures in place within the hospital, and observed supportive and respectful interactions between staff and patients. Patients told us they felt respected by staff and that they always made time for them. Throughout the hospital the standard of cleanliness was very high, and we saw evidence of improvements being made as a result of patient feedback.
