Daniel is a very experienced CBT therapist – rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT) model – clinical hypnotherapist, as well as an author and public speaker (on mental health and wellbeing topics). I’m a former journalist and writer, so I know a thing or two about stress, pressure and deadlines. I’ve been in practice, first as a hypnotherapist and then as a cognitive behavioural therapist, since 2004. People often value the clear, concise, solution-based frameworks offered by both cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and hypnotherapy. Over the years, I’ve helped many people manage their lifestyle and work-based problems more effectively or, even, let go of them completely.
