I am a registered and experienced counsellor and I specialise in working with individuals who are ready to be empowered and make positive life changes. I believe each of us deserves to live more active, positive and fulfilling lives.

I provide a safe environment, in which to work with you, at your pace, to build a therapeutic relationship. The relationship built with a client is key. It will enable the exploration of your past and present life issues. Together, a way forward will be found.

To keep you safe and to guarantee that therapeutic standards are maintained, I am a member of and registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I work according to its code of ethics and standards.

A recent client wrote after completing our work together:

“I have so enjoyed our sessions together. They have been stimulating, enlightening, helpful and funny. I leave your very capable hands a happier and more balanced person. I know I have often told you how brilliant you are at your job, but I will record it here; you are ACE.”
