I provide cognitive behavioural psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults who are struggling in their day-to-day lives, due to mental health difficulties.

My approach is warm and non-judgemental. Central to my approach is developing a therapeutic relationship with the individual, from where we can begin to explore difficulties and work together using an individualised, evidence-based, and solution-focused method.

Specialising in treating children and adolescents with mental health difficulties, I also offer parents a space to discuss how they can best manage their children’s struggles.
