"Improving Mental Health the 'Natural' Way"
Presented by Dr Sarah Cassar, Consultant Psychiatrist
Dr Sarah Cassar will discuss ways to improve one's mental health focusing on lifestyle, meditation, exercise and nutrition. She will summarise the neurochemical pathways involved and the evidence base to date for the use of these non pharmalogical strategies to improve anxiety, depression and stress resilience.
A buffet dinner will be served from 6.45pm to 7.30pm, topics will be presented from 7.30pm to 8.30pm followed by questions until 9pm.
