Our experienced therapist will share her knowledge and experience of working with people with depression using a CBT approach, through discussion of real life examples and theory
The talk will cover aspects of treatment such as behavioural activation, cognitive restructuring and working with underlying beliefs, along with barriers to engagement in treatment
Our speaker (Fiona Duncan) has a great deal of experience covering a range of diagnoses including stress, anxiety, compulsive behaviours and depression so will be will be on hand to answer questions.
