Therapeutic Focus:

Integrative therapist, specialist in Mindfulness Behaviour Training, using cognitive development techniques for the management of stress, anxiety, thoughts, moods and life challenges. An approach built on meeting the client’s needs in a collaborative and flexible way.

This can either be short to medium term work. Long-term psychotherapy is also available to clients. In all cases, work focus is built on the therapeutic relationship with the clients inherent movement towards wholeness and well-being.

Contracted to the Priory as a sectional psychotherapist with the responsibility of running group sessions and 1:1 individual therapy sessions.

Dealing with various client needs including, but not limited to: addiction, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, phobias etc.

CAHMS psychotherapist: groups, 1:1 individual therapy sessions.

8months work with the Addiction Treatment Program (ATP) within the Priory. Involved in leading groups and 1:1 sessions.
