Anna Sagredou is one of the Senior Counselling Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists of the Obsessional Department. Her interest areas are Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder and anxiety disorders in general, with experience of working in a variety of settings, tackling a variety of problems including the National OCD/BDD service and an NHS IAPT service.
She also has an interest in working with drug and alcohol addictions; previous experience working at various centres in London, Cyprus and Thailand. She currently works at the Obsessional Department with Dr Oliver Suedermann and Dr David Veale and supervises CBT therapists and counselling psychologists at Priory Hospital North London.
Anna mainly uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for her work but also draws from other therapeutic models (mindfulness, compassion focused therapy and systemic approach).
Anna’s clinical work involves inpatient treatment for severe OCD and BDD.
She is bilingual and can provide treatment in English and Greek.
