Georgia Henderson is a clinical psychologist working primarily with young people on both the inpatient and outpatient services. She primarily uses third wave CBT approaches including ACT and DBT with an emphasis on acceptance and emotional integration. Georgia’s approach also includes understanding the role of developmental issues such as attachment in current functioning. She has been working within CAMHS at the Priory since 2014 and specialised in eating disorders (including FBT-E or The Maudsley Approach), emerging personality disorders and psychosis.
Georgia’s training was completed in Australia where she also worked in private practice and prison settings with adults and young people.
