I have a wealth of experience working with a wide range of presenting mental health issues – such as depression and unhappiness, relationship problems, and anxiety disorders. I am particularly interested in working with people going through an existential crisis (namely meaninglessness, lack of life direction) and life transitions (developmental and life transitions that can happen at any time, such as divorce).

In my practice I use various approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), however my preferred choice of psychological therapy is existential phenomenological approach (encompassing reflection on client’s perspectives, capacities and choices), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), as these approaches are in line with my belief there is more to therapy than to ‘cure’ or ‘repair’ us from our anxiety or sadness. Therapy can also confront us with our possibilities, and help us to live meaningful and fulfilled lives.
