Ina Watson trained in CBT approach with also eclectic use of person centred approach, TA, NLP, Inner child and Solution Focused Therapy. She has worked with displaced trauma and trauma post tsunami and war.
Ina has 13 years work experience in the voluntary sector of Glasgow, working within a women’s centre, self harm groups, student groups and the eating disorder unit at Priory Hospital Glasglow. Ina has also volunteered for five years in Sri Lanka and has spent six years working in private occupational health in Aberdeen with Capita and CBT Services private practice as well as Priory Wellbeing Centre Aberdeen.
