I have been a practising therapeutic practitioner for more than 25 years and I am passionately interested in the wellbeing of those who have suffered from metal health problems. I am a former chair of the Southampton Mental Health Form and have worked across a range of mental health issues including: drugs and alcohol, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, complex bereavement and more.

My expertise is in the person-centred approach which allow me to make in-depth connections with the distressed people I work with, enabling patients to find the capacity to maximise their potential.
