Bryn takes an integrative approach to mental health, working with people to identify and tap personal resources that support recovery and sustain wellbeing. These include creative activities, mindfulness, meditation and reflection as ways to help the person understand and be better able to manage their psychological, emotional or mental health challenges.

Position at Priory

Bryn runs the weekly psychodrama group on the addiction treatment programme at Priory Hospital North London. His clinical specialisms includes work with adolescents in tier 4 child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS), with adults as part of an addiction treatment programme, clinical supervision and private practice with couples and individuals.
