Recovery 360 is a clinician-led sobriety service, which is delivered digitally. Whether you are continuing care after treatment with Priory or starting your recovering journey, a Priory clinician reviews and monitors your daily progress and contacts you when you need them.

This service combines a Bluetooth-enabled breathalyser with a smart tracking app, giving your Priory clinician visibility into your recovery so they can monitor your results daily.
Alongside this, you will have access to real-time feedback and practical tools within the app to support you through your journey.
What’s included in the service:
- Daily clinical monitoring - a Priory clinician will regularly check your breathalyser results and activity logged on the app (weekdays only)
- Messaging - direct messaging with your Priory clinician via the in-app functionality. You will be directly messaging by a Priory clinician, not an automated or AI system
- Proactive contact – if you are struggling, your clinician will identify this and contact you
- Bluetooth breathalyser – a portable device, which logs your readings and sends real-time updates to your clinician
- Clinical expertise without an inpatient or residential stay

Your Priory clinician can monitor the features you use within the app, providing a clearer picture of your journey, and enabling them to offer timely support and tailor care to your individual needs.
Companion app
The Recovery 360 services also includes a free companion app, allowing you to invite a loved one, friend or colleague into your support circle. It allows the companion to see your progress and encourage you to keep progressing. You are fully in control of who gets companion access and what they can see.
Recovery 360 has been a wonderful addition to our discharge pathway, giving patients accountability and autonomy as they move beyond inpatient care. The breathalyser feature helps strengthen recovery incentives, while the companion element allows clients to rebuild trust with loved ones without fostering co-dependency. It’s an innovative and empowering tool for relapse prevention and for creating stronger, healthier recovery stories.
