New hospital director appointed at The Priory Hospital Glasgow
Graeme joins Priory Group from Ceridian UK Ltd, where he held the posts of Director of New Business and Sales Director. Previously, Graeme held a number of key regional roles in the corporate and intermediary divisions at Bupa.
Priory Hospital Glasgow has the expertise and experience to treat all major general psychiatric illnesses including stress, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and mood disorders.
The hospital also has well-respected, dedicated addiction and eating disorder treatment programmes.
Graeme will also oversee the expansion of Priory Edinburgh Consulting Rooms, based in St Andrews Square which have been open since 2008. The service extended its provision in June 2010 from half a day to five days a week with a consultant psychiatrist, three therapists and a dietitian in place to offer support and guidance for those suffering from a range of mental health problems. The Edinburgh facility now provides a dedicated eating disorder clinic one day a week as well as offering assessments, therapy, counselling and advice to overcome a range of mental health issues including addictions, depression, anxiety and self confidence issues. Graeme said: "I am delighted to be joining the Priory Group, which has an excellent reputation for the quality and innovative care and treatment it offers.
"My role is to ensure that the hospital continues to deliver, and builds on, consistently high quality treatment and support to its service users and their families."
