Priory has a dedicated corporate team which specialises in managing the end-to-end patient journey, offering a highly personalised and professional service. The team work with each client to design a bespoke referral pathway to create a service that best suits their requirements.

Our corporate concierge team

The corporate concierge team brings together people who have been specifically identified due to the expertise they each hold in their respective areas. Together, the team has over 30 years’ experience with Priory.

The team is split into those focusing on account management and support, alongside a referral management and patient liaison function, ensuring we can guide employees through the most appropriate and effective pathway. A business development analyst supports with MI reporting and operational support.

We will work with clients to identify suitable and achievable service level agreements (SLAs) that will apply to various stages of the referral journey.

A single point of access

Our corporate concierge service supports the patient assessment process to ensure an appropriate care pathway for each employee. We can also support the entire treatment journey through a single point of contact, ensuring that an effective pathway is provided to meet each person's specific circumstances.

A tailored end-to-end patient journey

Priory work with clients to determine the most suitable referral pathway for their organisations’ employees.

For outpatients, this may include pre-authorised assessments followed by a set number of treatment sessions, or pre-authorised assessments recommending treatment, which may be authorised at the client’s discretion.
