Our corporate concierge team
The corporate concierge team brings together individuals who have been specifically identified due to the expertise they each hold in their respective areas. Together the team has over 30 years’ experience with Priory.
The team is split into those focusing on account management and support, alongside a referral management and patient liaison function, ensuring we can guide employees through the most appropriate and effective pathway. A Business Development Analyst supports with MI reporting and operational support.
We will work with clients to identify suitable and achievable service level agreements (SLAs) that will apply to various stages of the referral journey.
