"Ali is an excellent therapist, very attentive and engaged at all times and explained all exercises, issues and plans thoroughly to me.

I am very grateful and thankful that the Priory exists and I don’t think that I would be alive today without the guidance, professionalism and skill of my therapist. Thank you." Former patient

I am an integrative therapist who uses a humanistic and psychodynamic approach, alongside other models and therapeutic approaches, appropriate to each client. These include Gestalt, motivational interviewing, transactional analysis, mindfulness, and stress management. I also work with people to address the pressures and impacts of modern life, and how this is disconnected from one’s general wellbeing.
