Alisha Whittington

Alisha is a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and abides by their ethical framework. 

Alisha Whittington is a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, she has previously worked for a specialised counselling service in North London with people who would not otherwise have been able to access therapeutic services.  Alisha is curious about people and likes to work with them to create a supportive environment in which to explore any challenges with compassion and honesty.


  • Alisha is a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, having trained at the institute of Re-Vision, where she received a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Counselling. This course is accredited by the BACP.

I like to work with people to understand where they might be stuck in unhelpful cycles of behaviour, which may have once served them but have become limiting and may be impacting on relationships. 

The important thing in therapy is to be able to talk openly without fear of judgement.
